HomeMy WebLinkAbout1135ORDINANCE N0. 11'5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUIQTY ORDINANCE NO. 925, CONSOLIDATING "R-1" {SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL} DISTRICTS. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County, (being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as (follows: Ordinance No. 925, consolidating "I2-1" (Single-Family Residential), Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following: Being located in Paradise, California, more particu- larly described as follows: 1Q. 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 28 27 28 29 30 31 32 Beginning at the northwest corner of Shadybrook Subdivision Unit No. 2, recorded in Map Book 31, at page 45, in the Butte County Recorder's Office; thence easterly along the north boundary of said subdivision to the northeast corner of said Shady- brook Sub #2, said corner also being the northwest corner of Lot 11 of the Paradise Orchard Tract, recorded in hlap Book 7 at page 16 in the Butte County Recorder's Office; thence southerly along the west line of said Lot ll to the northwest cor- ner of Lot 23 of Dolores Estates Unit #2" per map recorded in Map Book 28 on pages 15 & 16; thence easterly along the north line of said Dolores Estates Unit #2 to a point 200 feet from the south- west corner of Lot lO of said Paradise Orchard Tract; thence southerly parallel with and 200 feet from the westerly line of Lot 9 of said tract to the southerly line of said Lot 9; thence easterly along said southerly line 71.2 feet; thence southerly parallel with and 271.2 feet from the westerly line of Lot 8 of Said tract a distance of 94 feet; thence westerly parallel with and 94 feet from the northerly line of said Lot 8, a distance of 67.2 feet; thence southerly parallel with and 204 feet from the westerly line of said Lot 8 and Lot 7 to the southerly line of said Lot 7; thence westerly along the southerly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 104 feet; thence southerly parallel avith and .100 feet from the westerly line of Lot 6 of said tract to the northerly right-of-way line of Wagstaff Road; thence Westerly along said northerly right=of-way line, a distance of 1423.05 feet; thence NOO°36'50"W, 265.10 feet; thence S55°41'20"E, 78.80 feet to the most westerly corner of Lot 2 of Shadybrook Subdivision, recorded in Book 27, at page l9 in the office of the Butte County Recorder; thence N6°16'40"E, 225.74 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 3 of said subdivision; thence N69°43'20"W, 5.88 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 4 of said subdivision; thence NO°32'35"W, 619.22 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 8 of said subdivision, said corner is on the south line of the Shadybrook Subdivision Unit No. 2, recorded in the Office of the Butte County Recorder in Book 31 at page 45; thence northwesterly along the boundary of said Subdivision Unit No. 2, to the point of beginning. 1. 2 3' '4 5~ 6 7 8 9 10 I1 12 13 I4 15 ~6 17' i8 19 20 2I 22 23 24 25 2B 27 28' 29 30 31 32 This ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to b~::in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage; and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage this Ordinance sha11 be published once with the names of the members of the Board voting for and against it in the p~.~i,~A p~s~ , a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
