AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 1078,
CONSOLIDATING "S-1" (MINI~9UNI-DENSITY SUBURBAN--RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICTS.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County;
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
Ordinance No. 1078, consolidating."S--1" (Minimum-Density
Suburban-Residential) Districts, Section 1 is hereby amended to
include the following:
Being located near Chico, California, more particularly
described as follows:
Lots 2, 3 &4 of Evans Tract, per map recorded in
Map Book 3 an page 67, in the Office of the
Recorder, County of Butte, State of California,
containing 30 acres.
This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in
full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the
date of its passage; and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage this Ordinance shall be published once with the
names of the members of the Board voting for and against it in the
