ORDINANGE N0. 1137
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE Nh. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY 4F BUTTE KNOWN A5 THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 1095 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
a. That Section No. 3 (a}, entitled, " FOR GLASSES
'WITH RANGE ASSIGNMENTS", be amended by deleting therefrom,
Glass Title Number and Range
Administrative Service Officer II 24.0
Public Guardian 19.5
eterans' Service Officer 22.5
and adding thereto,

b. That Section No. 42, entitled, "SHERIFF-CORONER",.
be amended by deleting therefrom,

14 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
15 days of the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
16 of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
17 with the names of the members voting for and against same, once
18 in a newspaper published in the county of Butte, State of
19 California.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
21 County of Butte, State of California, this 22nd day of December,
22 1970 by the following vote:
23 AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, McKillop, Reynolds,
and Chairman Dunaway
