CONSOLIDATING ''R-1" (SINGLE-FAi~IIZY RESIULNTIAL) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as amended,
and declaring an emergency, DOES ORDAIN as follows:
S~:CTIOI~ 1. The hereinafter described area situate in ,the
County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as an 1°R-1" fSingla~-Family Residential) District, and shch

regulatiaris hereinafter specified and provided. Said area so
zoned being located in Paradise, California, more particularly
describmd as follows

SECTION 3. All uses of land. within the distriot not
specifically authorized and permitted in Section 2 are prohibited.

Zoning Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by adding
this Ordinance in full.
SECTION 5. The pon~alties fpr the violation of the zoning
hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in the
Zoning Enabling Ordinance. In camgliance witix the provisions of
