AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY Oi" BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SAi~ARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 1095 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
a. That Section No. 9, entitled, "ASSESSOR", be
amended by deleting therefrom,
Salary Range No, of Positions Classification Title
11.5 1 Secretary I
and ,adding thereto,
14.0 1 Secretary II

b. That Section No. 40, entitled, "PUBLIC WORKS",

be amended by deleting therefrom,

and adding thereto,

changing the total from 127 to 126.

2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30}

daXs of the date of its adoption, and before the expiratran

of fifteen C15) days after its passage, it shall be published

with the names of the members voting for and against same, once
24
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
25
California.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the

County of Butte, State of California, this 26th day of January,

1971 by the following vote:
