AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1095 OF THE
1 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE 'SALARY ORDINANCE~F
,2 The Board of Supervisors of .the County of Butte, State .
3 of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 1. That Ordinance No. 1095 of the County of Butte is
5 hereby amended as follows:
6 a. That Section No. 34, entitled "xMARSH:9L'r
7 be amended by adding thereto;.
'8 Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
9 8.0 1 Typist Clerk II
10 changing the total fram 3 to 4
11 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
',12 days of the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
13 of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
14 with the names of the members voting far and against same, once
l5 in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
16 California.
17 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
18 County of Butte, State of California, this 2nd day of February,
19 1971, by the following vote:
20 AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Madigan, Maxon, McKillop,
21 and Chairman Reynolds
NOES: None
22 ABSENT: None
23 NOT VOTING: None
