ORDINANCE SETTING SALARIES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
BOARD OF SUPE[2VISORS AND ORDINANCE REPEALING
ORDINANCE N0. 1131
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
1. That Ordinance Na. 1131 of the County of Butte is
hereby expressly repealed.
2. That the salaries of the members of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte is hereby set at the rate
of $8,400 annually, said salaries to be paid in 24 equal bi-
monthly installments as earned.
3. That any and all ordinances previously passed
pertaining to the salaries of the members of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte are hereby repealed.
4. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days of the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against same, once
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 2nd day of February,
1971, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Madigan, Maxon, McKillop,
and Chairman Reynolds
NOES: Nane
ABSENT: None
