AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NOo 1095 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
la That Ordinance Noa 1095 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
as That Section 10, entitled "AUDITOR-CONTROLLER",
be amended by deleting therefrom,
Salary Range Noa of Pas itians Classification Title

and adding thereto

changing the total from 20 to 21
2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days of the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against same, once
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Calif-
ornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 16th day of February,
1971, by the following vote:
