The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DOES ORDAIN as follows:
1. That Art~.cle IV of Chapter 3 of the Butte County
Code, which was added by Ordinance No, 1082, is hereby repealed.
2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30}
days after the date of adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in a
newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 23rd day of ^ February_ 1971, by
the following vote:
AYES: Superv~.sors Madigan, Maxan, McKillop, and Ghai~man
NOES: None Reynolds
ABSENT: Supervisor Gilman
NOT VOTING: None
