AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE N0. 996,
CONSOLIDATING "C-2" (GENERAL COMMERCIAL} DISTRICTS.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance 475 of said County,
3 being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
4 follows:
5 Ordinance 996 (Consolidating "C-2"}, Section 1, is hereby
6` amended to include the following:
7 Being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, in Paradise, California, more particularly
$~ described as follows:
9 All of Lot 4i, "Vista Village Unit.No. 1", per map
recorded in Map Book 18 on pages 20 & 2l, in the
14 Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of
California, and also that portion of the southwest
ll; quarter of Section 2l, T22N R3~, MDB&M, described
as beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 41,
12 thence southwesterly along a curve concave to the
north, having a radius of 2663.60 feet, through a
13 central angle of 0°26'l0"; an arc length of 20.27
ft.; thence south 61°34' west, 80.75 ft.; thence
14` north 20°ll" west, 234.44 ft.; thence north 69°49'
east, 100.0 feet; thence south 20°li' east, 219.89
15 ft. to the paint of beginning, containing 2.7 acres.
16 That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30}.days
17 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
18 fifteen (l5} days after its passage, it shall be published with the
19. names of the members voting for and against the same in the

22 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
23 County of Butte, State of California, on the 2nd day of
24 March 1971, by the ,following vote:
