AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY 'OF BUTTES KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Hoard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 1095 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows
a. That Section No. 3 {B), "FOR CLASSES WITH.. FLAT'
RATE.ASS~GNMENTS~"9 be amended by adding thereto,

Interim Hosptal-Admiristrator to

After 5-1-71 750 Mo.
This : classification may be used in lieu of the Hospital
Administrator classification and position as shown in Section No.
26, "HOSPxTAL", .of this ordinance and may be assigned to an
:existing county employee in addition to his regular duties or
to any other individual as selected by the Board of Supervisors.
2.That: th3.s Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30}
days of the data of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall. be published with
the names of the members voting for and against same, once in a
newspaper published ~.n the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
Gounty of Butte, State of California, this 16th day of March,
1971, by the follow~.ng vote
