AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDITANCE 925
CON5OLIDAfiING "R-1" (SITQGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to ordinance no. 475 of said
County, being the zoning enabling Ordinance, as amended, does
ordain as follows:
Ordinance 925, consolidating "R-=1" (Sin.gle-family Residential},
Districts, Section 1, is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, in Paradise, California, more particularly
described as follows:
The northerly 685 ft of the southerly 715 ft of the
easterly 230 ft of lot 25, of section 14, T22N~':°R3E;,
MDB & M.
Containing 3.6 acres.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
a newspaper published in the
Couzity of Butte, State of California.
PASS'BD AND ADOPfiED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 6th day of
Ag~'il 1971, by the following vote:

Chairman Reynolds
