The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of. California, txzider and pursuant to Ordinance no. 475 of said County being the zoning enabling Ordinance as amended, does ordain as fo 11ov.*s Ordinance No. 925, consolidating "R-1" (Single-Family Residential) District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following: Being located in the unincorporated area of Paradise, California and more particularly described as followrs: All of "Firland Acres addition No. 1", per map recorded in map book 21 on pages 28 and 29; All of "Firland Acres addition Plo. 2", per map recorded in map book 31 on pages 41 and 42; All of "Northridge Sub No. 1", per map recorded in map book 34 on pages 24 and 25; All of "Northridge Sub No. 2"; per map recorded in map book 34 on pages 31 and 32; Lots 4 , 5, 6 , and 7 of "Firland Acres", per map recorded in map book ~6 on pages 34 and 35; All recorded maps in the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California, Containing 58 acres more or less That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the Para ' ~e P©st a neurspaper published in th County of Butte, State of California.
