ORDINANCE N0. 1164
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN A'S THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 1095 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
a. That Section No. 3 (A), "SALARY PLAN FOR
CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES", be amended by deleting therefrom,
Class Title Number and Range
Duplicating Machine Operator 11.5
and adding thereto,
Administrative Services Assistant 18.0
Duplicating Machine Operator I 9.0
Duplicating Machine Operator II 11.5
b. That Section No, 12, entitled, "CENTRAL
'SERVICES", be amended by deleting therefrom,
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
11.5 1 Duplicating Machine
Operator
8.0 1 50% Cleric II
and adding thereto,
11.5 i Duplicating P4achine
Operator II

c. That Section No. 48, entitled, "WELFARE",
be amended by deleting therefrom,

2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days of the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after it's passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against same, once
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 20th day of April,
1971, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Madigan, Maxon, McKillop,
and Chairman Reynolds
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
