AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCI: N0. 1095 OF TH~TJ
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOI~IN A'S THE "'SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 1095 of the County of Butte
is hereby amended as follows:
a, That Section No. 3 (B), entitled, "FOR CI~ASSES
WITH FLAT RATli ASSIGNMENTS", be amended by adding thereto,
Class Title Amount
Public Health Clinic Physician $25 I-Iour
b, That Section No, 40, entitled, "PUBLIC WORKS",
be amended by deleting therefrom,
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
23.0 b Assistant Civil Engineer
and adding thereto,
23,0 7 Assistant Civil Engineer
,changing the total from 12b to 127,
~', 2. That this Ordinance shall talce effect thirty (30)
days of the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against same, once
in a newspaper Published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSTD AND ADOPTED by the I;oard o.f Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 4-th day of May, 1971.
