~~` RESOLVED by the 13o,ard of Supervisors of the County of butte,
State of C~lifornia,.that in its opinion the public interest and con-

~venience require, and that it is the intention of said Board. of Suner-

~Ivatsors to order the following' CHANGE be made in the bond provisions
described in the Resolution of Intention NIorningside Drive Assessment
District passed and adopted by this Board Nlay 2, 1960, to wit:

That the redemption provisions of said

bonds shall provide a premium of five
4~; percent (5,~) of unpaid principal if
j~' redeemed before maturity,

t'nat the Change aforesaid shall be made in accordance [with. the Improve-
m'ent Act of 1911, as amended,
That the serial bonds shall be issued. in tYze form as herein
ganged for the same time and in the same manner described in the
esolution of Intention - NIorningside Dr9.ve Assessment District
assed. and adopted by this Board NSay 2, .1960, to represent the total
osts of the works of improvement described in said. Resolution of m -
ention,
That this Soard hereby finds th2.t there will be no increase
r decrease in the cost of said. improvement work by reason of said
roposed Change.
