of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:

1. That Ordinance IvTo. 1095 of the County of Butte

is hereby amended as follows:

a. That Section ido. 3 (B), entitled, "F0~ CT.,ASSES

2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
18 days of the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of

fifteen (15) days after its passage, it sha11 be published with

the names of the members voting; for and against same, once in
21 a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
