ORDINANCE NO. 1169
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 927,
CONSOLIDATING "R-3"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475,
as amended DOES ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance 927 (Consolidating"It--3") Section 1 is
hereby amended to include the following:
Being located near Oroville, California more
particularly described as follows:
A portion of the South half of Section 1, Town-
ship 19 North, Range 4 East, M.D.M., Butte County,
California, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel #1 beginning at the point designated as
AC-668 on the Northwesterly line of the parcel
shown in that certain Record of Survey recorded
February 9, 1970, in Book 33 of Maps, at Page
72, Butte County Official Records; thence North
33° 26' 25" East, along said Northwesterly line,
941.29 feet, to a point on the East-West center-
line of the above said Section 1, as said center-
line is shown on said Record of Survey; thence
N 89° 46' 46" E, along said East-West centerline,
527.D1 feet; thence leaving said line S 53° 27'
56" W, 150.51 feet; thence Southwesterly along
the arc of a tangent 300.00 foot radius curve,
concave to the Northwest, thru a central angle
of 24° 10' 16", for 126.56 feet; thence.S 77°
