The Berard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being
the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
Ordinance No. 995 (Consolidating "C-1" (Light Com-
mercial) Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located near Oroville, California, arid
being a portion of the Southeast one-quarter
of Section 1, and of the Northeast one-quarter
of Section 12, Township 19 North, Range 4
East, Mt. Diablo Base and Meridian, Butte
County, California, more particularly described
as follows:
A portion of the South half of Section 1, Town-
ship 19 North, Range 4 East, M.D.M., Butte
County, California, more particularly described
ds follows:
Parcel ~1 beginning at a point on the East-West
centerline of said Section 1, as said centerline
is shown on that certain Record of Survey re-
corded February 9, 1970, in Book 33 of Maps,
at Page 72, Butte County Official Records, from
which point the East quarter corner of said
Section 1 bears North 89° 46' 46" East, 2074.46
feet; thence S 31° 24' 00" E, 445.61 feet; thence
Southerly along the arc of a non-tangent 442.00
foot radius curve, (radial line to said curve
at this point bears PI 31° 24' 00" W), concave
to the East, thru a central angle of 47° 46'
06", for 368.50 feet; thence normal to said

parcel shown in that certain Record of Survey
recorded February 9, 1970, in Book 33 of
Maps, at Page 72, Butte County Official Re-
cords; thence North 0° Ol' 13" East along
said Northwesterly line, 116.15 feet; thence
leaving said line, Southeasterly along the
arc of a non-tangent 342.00 foot radius curve,
(radial line to said curve.at this point
bears North 20° 07' 54" West), concave to
the South thru a central angle of 61° 22'
27" for 366.34 feet; thence South 48° 45'
27" East, 380.00 feet; thence South 41° 14'
33" West, 84,00 feet; thence South 58° 45'

Butte County Ordinance No. 1072 is hereby repealed.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in
the Oroville P~Iercury Register, a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, Si ate of California, on the 18th day of
Mav 1971, by the following vote:
