ORDINANCE N0. 1173
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ND. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
'of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
1. That. Ordinance No. 1095 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
a. That Section No. 3, entitled, "SALARY PLAN FOR
CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES (A), be amended by deleting therefrom,
Class Title Number and Range
Administrative Analyst .24.5
and adding thereto,
Administrative Analyst I 18.5
Administrative Analyst IT 21.5
Administrative Analyst III 24.5
b. That Section Pdo. 7, entitled, "ADMINI'STRATIVE",
be amended by deleting therefrom,
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
24.5 1 Administrative Analyst
and adding thereto,
24.5 2 Administrative Analyst III
or - or
21.5 - Administrative Analyst II
or - or
18.5 - Administrative Analyst I
changing the total from 5 to 6.
2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days of the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the member s voting for and against same, once in

a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 8th day of June, 1971
by the following vote:
AYES; Supervisors Gilman, Madigan, Maxon, McKillop, and
Chairman Reynolds
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
