ORDINANCE NO. 11.76
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE 996,
CONSOLIDATING "C-2" (GENERAL COMMERCIAL)
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance 475 of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
Ordinance.996, (consolidating "C-2" General Commercial)
Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located near Paradise, California, more par-
ticularly described as follaws:
Being a portion of the south half of Section 21, T22N
R3E, MDB&M, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Schmale
Sub. per map recorded in Map Book 20 on pages 1 and 2,
thence S:0°32`E a distance of 60.0 ft, to the point of
beginning; thence S89°30'W, 660 ft.; thence S fl°32'E to
the north right of way line of Skyway; thence easterly
along the north right of way .line of Skyway to the south-
west corner of Lot 1 of said Schmale Sub.; thence northerly
along the. west line of Schmale Sub. to the point of be-
ginning.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30) days
~iafter the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be .published with
the names of-the members voting for and against the same in the
Ps,r~dise Post a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 22nd day of June
7971,, by the following vote:
