The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
Ordinance Na. 925, consolidating "R-1" (single-Family
Residential) Districts, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the
following:
All that part of the southwest quarter of Section 16,
T22N R3E, within Paradise Irrigation District; and
all of Section 21, T22N R3E, located north of Noney
Run Road, being located in Paradise, California.
Containing 368 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for
and against the same, in the Paradise Post
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the ~~th day of
