That Ordinance No. 1095 of the County of Butte is hereby amended as follows: a. That Section No. 33, entitled, "LIBRARY", be amended by deleting therefrom, Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title 13.0 5 Library Branch Supervisor III 8.5 5 Library Clerk and adding thereto, 13.0 b Library Branch Supervisor III 8.5 7 Library Clerk 'changing the total from 21 to 24. 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the names of the members voting for and against same, once in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
