AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY 0~' BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "'SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
1, That Ordinance No. 1095 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
a. That Section No. 35, entitled, "MENTAL HEALTH",
be amended by deleting therefrom,
Salar Ran a No, of Positions Classification Title
23,5 2 Mental Health Social Worker

21.0 - Mental Health Social Worker

and adding thereto,
23,5 3 Mental Health Social Worker

changing the total from 11 to 13,
2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against same, once
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, Stag of California, this 10th day of August,
1971. by the .following vote:
