The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No, 475, of said County
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
Ordinance No. 925, Consolidating "R-I" (Single-Family
Residential) Districts, Section 1 is hereby amended to inc]ude
the following:
Being located in Paradise, California, more particu-
]arly described as follows:
Commencing at a point in Pentz Magalia Highway 670
ft. south of the northwest corner of Section 7, T22N
R4E; thence N89°16'48"E 170 ft. to the northwest
corner of"Rexdale Heights Sub, per map recorded in
Map Book 24 on pages 24 and 25~ the point of beginning;
thence east to the northeast corner of said"Rexdale
Height'; thence south along the east line of said
"Rexdale Heights Sub"to the south right of way line
of Merrill Road; thence east along said right of
way line of MerriliRoad 1490 ft. to the east right
of way line of Nheeler Road; thence north 690 ft.
to the south right of way line of Moll Road; thence
east along the south right of way line of Moll Road
to-.the north-south centerline of said Section 7, also
the east P.I.D. Boundary; thence south along said
north-south centerline of Section 7, 1980.36 ft. to
the center of Section 7; thence continuing south
along the north-south centerline of Section 7, 830 ft.;
thence west 665 ft.; thence north 330.0 ft.; thence
west 225.0 ft. to the most southwesterly corner of
Lot 13 of "Shay ,Acres, Unit #2", per map recorded in
Map Book 30, on pages 74 and 15; thence north 335
ft. to the northwest corner of Lot 12 of said "Shay
Acres Unit #2"; thence west 330.52 ft.; thence north
170 ft.; thence east 167.75 ft.; thence N3°00`E,
427.37 ft. more or less to the northeast corner of
a parcel deeded to Ottis Lovell, December 8, 1970,
recorded in Book 1648 OR Page 598; thence west along
the north line of said Lovell parcel to a point
250 ft. east of the west line of said Section 7;
thence north parallel with Pentz Magalia Hwy. to a
point in-the south line of Merrill Road, said point
also 250 ft.east of the west line of said Section 7;
thence west along the south right of-way line of
C4errill Road 'S0 ft.; thence north across Merrill Road

to the southwest corner of Lot 1 of said "Rexdale
Heights"; thence northerly along the west line of
said "Rexdale Heights" to the point of beginning.
Containing 87 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before expiration of fifteen
(15) days after its passage, it sha17 be published with the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
the same, in the Paradise Post ,
a newspaper published ire the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTEp by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 24th day of
_ August T ~ 1971, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Madigan, Maxon, McKillop, and
Chairman Reynolds
