The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance 475 of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
Ordinance 996, (consolidating "C-2" General Commercial)
Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
A. At Wagstaff: Being a portion of Section 12, T22N
R3E, P+1D6&M; a portion of "Matlock Tract Unit #1
per map recorded in Map Book 19, pages 8 and 9;
a portion of "Pine Grove Sub" per map recorded in
Map Book A on page 24A; described as:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1 of
"Matlock Tract", thence easterly, 194.55 ft. to
the northeast corner of Lot i of "Matlock Tract";
thence southwesterly 79.41 ft. to the southeast
corner of "Matlock Tract"; thence S83°43'20"E,
77.64 ft.; thence 50°21'`15"E, 142.92 ft.; thence
S89°38'45"W, 250 ft.; thence SO°21x15"E, 240 ft.
to centerline of Wagstaff Rd.; thence continuing
SO°21'15'!E, 484.8 ft.; thence N89°25"4t, 564.7 ft.
to the centerline of C1 ark Road, thence continuing
N89°25`'W to the west right of day line of Clark
Road; thence S37°00'09"W to the southeast corner

That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (T5) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in .t he
Paradise Post , a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.
