AN ORDINANCE AMINDING ORDINANCE N0. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Californian DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section 35 of Ordinance No. 1095 of the
County of Butte is hereby amended by deleting therefro m the
following:
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
23.5 2 Mental Health Social
Worker II or
Mental Health Social
Worker I
and by adding thereto the following:
23,5 1 Mental Health Social
Worker II or
Mental Health Social
Worker i
thereby reducing the total number of positions from 11 to 10,
Section 2. Section 48 of Ordinance Noa 1095 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the fo llowing;
Salary Range No, of Positions Classification Title
19.0 8 Social Service Worker III
and by adding thereto the following:
Salary Ram No. of Positions Classification Title
19.0 7 Social Service Worker III
23.5 2 Social Service Supervisor
thereby increasing the total number of positions from 156 to
157,
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passages it shall be published
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, S~.ate of
Californian
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 28th day of September, 1971, by the following
vote:
