RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
hereby amends Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4061/4058 Medical Records Technician, SeniorlMedical
Records Technician
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 10551105611057 Office Specialist, Senior/Office SpecialistJOffice
Assistant
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 298.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
hereby amends Section OS of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "021-
GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 10541105511056 Administrative Assistant/Office Specialist,
Senior/Office Specialist
thereby decreasing the allocations from 49 to 48.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
hereby amends Section 56 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "757 NEAL
ROAD SANITARY LANDFILL -MANAGEMENT" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the allocations from 24 to 26.

February, 2012, by the following vote:

ASSENT: None
