RESOLUTION APPOINTING
ANNE ROBIN, MFT, DIRECTOR OF BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AS BUTTE
COUNTY DELEGATE TO CALIFORNIA MENTAL--HEALTH-SERVICES AUTHORITY-- --------- ---- --
WHEREAS, Butte County, through its Department of Behavioral Health {BCDBH) has joined the California Mental
Health Services Authority (CaIMHSA); and
WHEREAS, CaIMHSA requires a resolution appointing a director with the power to designate an alternate to act
in his or her absence;
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors appointed Anne Robin, MFT, as Director of Behavioral Health
ef€ec#ive May 25, 2Q1 Q;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors authorizes Anne Rabin,
MFT, BCDBH Director, to act as Butte County's delegate on the California Mental Health Services Authority with full
power to designate an alternate in her absence.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13'" day of March 2012, by the following
vote:
