RESOLUTION NAMING GOLDEN HAWK LANE A PRIVATE ROAD
IN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has been duly petitioned, consistent with the requirements of
Section 32-5, Butte County Code, to name a private road in the Concow area:
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, as follows:
That said road nanrke(s) as hereinafter described will be effective on the date of adoption of this
resolution.
