WHIMREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County Board of
Supervisors to amend the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs Negotiated Net Amount and DruglMedi-Cal
agreement for FY 201012013; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable far FY 2010/2011 is $2,296,851; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2011/2012 is $2,414,777; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2012/2013 is $1,560,313.
NOW, TWEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is authorized by
the Board of Supervisors to revise this agreement with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs for a new multi-
year total of $6,271,941.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 10'h day of April, 2012, by the fallowing
vote:
