BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF REHABILITATION
FOR
FY 12113-FY 14115
WHEREAS, Butte County, through its Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH), wishes to enter
into an agreement with the State of California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) to provide vocational
rehabilitation services to mutual clients receiving services from BCDBH and DOR; and
WHEREAS, DOR requires that an individual be authorized to sign said agreement along with all
amendments thereto, except to increase the financial liability of Butte County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors authorizes
BCDBH to enter into an agreement with DOR to provide vocational rehabilitation services to mutual
clients receiving services from BCDBH and DOR; and that Anne Robin, MI=T, BCDBH Director, shall be
authorized to sign said agreement along with all amendments thereto, except to increase the financial
liability of Butte County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 24"' day of April 242,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Yamaguchi and Chair Lambert
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Connelly
NOT VOTING: None
