RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the fallowing:

and add the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 298.5.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 25 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by deleting
therefrom the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends

Management, Confidential and Supervisory Unit" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57 Reference D of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "BCEA -~ Social Services
Workers' Unit" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 43 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "570-004 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES -SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 116 to 118.
