RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57f of Ordinance No. 4036 of fine County of Butte entitled "Law Enforcement-General Unit" by adding
the following:
Effective the First Pav Period Following Adontian of the MOU: 3% Wazre Increase

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57 of Ordinance No. ~F036 of the County of Butte entitled "Salary Plan for Classified Positions" by
adding the following salary schedules:
Reference O (Effective Pay Period After Adoption of the MOU (3% Wage Increase)
Salary Schedule for DSA-General bargaining unit classifications {See Attachment A} _
Reference O (Effective the Pay Period Including 01/01/2013 (1% Wage Increase}
Salary Schedule for DSA-General bargaining unit classifications {See Attachment B)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 8~' day of May, 2012, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Yamaguchi and Chair Lambert
