RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4034/4032 Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physicians Assistant
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4036/4037/4034/4154/4155 Staff Nurse, SeniorlStaff NurselStaff Nurse,
AssociatelPsychiatric Technician, SeniorlPsychiatric
Technician
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 298.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57 Reference J of Ordinance Na. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Classifications with Flat Rate
Assignments" by adding thereto the following:
Class Code Classification Flat Rate
4176 Behavioral Health Peer Advocate $8.00-$10.00/liour
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 22"d day of May, 2012, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Yamaguchi and Chair Lambert
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
