RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57 Reference C of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "BCEA -General Unit" by
adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57 Reference E (01101112} of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "BCMEA -
Management, Confidential and Supervisory Unit" by deleting therefrom the following:

Section 5 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "021-GENERAL SERVICES" by adding
thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total allocations from 48 to 53.
