RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS__THE„"SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 19 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "360 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES"
by adding thereto the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 6527 Correctional Deputy (terra position to end 06130113)
thereby increasing the total from 291 to 292.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57 Reference C (O1/O1/12} of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "BCEA -- General
Unit" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding the following:

$1,094.33
