ORDINANCE N0. 1208
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN A°S THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section 3B of Ordinance No. 1095 of the
County of Butte is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
*Hospital physicians are required to work one out of .
four week nights and one out of four weekend coverage.
and by adding thereto the following:
Hospital physicians are required to be on call one
out of each four week nights and one out of each four weekends.
Hospital physicians may upon written authorization from the
!rledical Director receive additional on-call pay at the rate of
$ZO per hour to cover critical periods of time resulting from
shortage of regular medical staff physicians.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 26th day of October, 1971, by the following
vote:
