HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-082RESOLUTION AUTWORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN AGREEMENT AMENDMENT BETWEEN STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS AND BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH 10-N NA04 WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires au#horization from the Butte County Board of Supervisors to amend the State Departmen# of Alcohol & Drug Programs (ADP} Negotiated Net Amount and DruglMedi- Cal agreement for FY 201012013; and WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2010/2011 is $2,296,851; and WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable far FY 2D1112D12 is $2,288,174; and WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 201212D13 is $2,462,313; and . WHEREAS, the amendment implements an Absolute Assignment of Agreement (#10-NNA04) from one State Agency to another for the Drug Medi-Cal Program; and WHEREAS, the amendment implements a Contingency Assignment of Agreement (#10-NNA04) from one State agency to another if the FY 2012-13 Budget Act is approved to eliminate the ADP Programs which includes the transfer of the non-Drug Medi-Cal Program. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is authorized by the Board of Supervisors to revise this agreement with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs for a new multi- year total of $7,047,338 and to accept above described provisions of this agreement amendment.
