BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, California State Department of Mental Health (DMH) has issued an agreement between DMH and
California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS} and the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health; and
WHEREAS, Butte County is required to provide specialty mental health services to Medi-Cal beneficiaries within
the County of Butte; and
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires Board of Supervisors' authorization to accept
the terms of the above-referenced agreement; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors authorizes Butte County
Department of Behavioral Health to accept the terms of the above-referenced agreement with DMH and DHCS.
