RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57 Reference J of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Classifications with Flat Rate
Assignments" by adding the following:
Class Code Classification Flat Rate Salary
6818 Reserve Deputy Sheriff Level II $10.00-$20.00/liour
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57 Reference E {01101112} of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Management,
Confidential and Supervisory {BCMEA} Unit Classifications" by adding thereto the following:
Class Code Salary Range Classification Step 1 Bi-Week1X Step T Bi-Weekly
1319 31 Human Resources Specialist, $1,202.01 $1,610.82
Associate
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 11 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "090 HUMAN RESOURCES" by adding the
following:

and deleting the following:
