RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

Section 35 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "540-411 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL
SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

Section 41 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES -ADMINISTRATION" by deleting therefrom the following:

Supervisory (BCMEA) Unit Classifications" by adding thereto the following:
