FOR COUNTY OF BUTTE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012-2013
AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 7910, DIVISION 9
OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE
WHEREAS, Article Xlll-B of the California Constitution provides that local governments must
establish annual appropriation limits pursuant to said Article, and;
WHEREAS, Section 7910, division 9, of the Government Code, provides that the governing body
of each local jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations limit far the following year at a
regularly scheduled meeting, and;
WHEREAS, the Auditor_Controller has calculated the Butte County appropriations limit for fiscal
year 2012-2013 to be $157,117,716.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVI=D that the appropriations limit for Butte County is established
to be $157,117,716 for fiscal year 2012-2013, and;
FURTHER, that said appropriations limit, and the determination thereof are in compliance with
Article XIII-B of the California Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of California, this 9th
day of October, 2012, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Yamaguchi and Chair Lambert
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
