RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 35 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL
SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4063 Supervisor, Public Health Nutritionist
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4065 Public Health Nutritionist
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 161.45.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisor$ of the County of Butte this 9th day of October, 20.2, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Yamaguchi and Chair Lambert
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
