RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4141 Supervisor, Behavioral Health Counselor
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4116 Supervisor, Mental Health Clinician
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 312.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 35 of Ordinance No, 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL
SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

1 4067/4068 Nutrition Specialist, Senior/Nutrition Specialist
(term position io end 12/31113}
thereby increasing the total from 159.45 to 160.45.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57 Reference C of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "BCEA-General Unit" by
changing the following:
