Resolution No. 12-127 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COUNTY OF BUTTE WHEREAS, the Baard of Supervisors established the Butte County Master Fee Schedule by Resolution on March 24, 2009; and WHIE;REAS, the County of Butte is authorized to adopt and implement fees for services; provided, however, that such fees do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing such services; and WHEREAS, maintenance of a Master Fee Schedule serves the convenience of the County and all persons affected by said charges; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was noticed and duly conducted to allow consideration of the proposed fee adjustments prior to adoption of this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors adopted an amendment to the Butte County General Plan 2030 and the Zoning Ordinance Update an this date, and WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance Update establishes new Development Approval Procedures and assigns action on routine applications, including the Administrative Permit and Minor Use Permit applications, to a new Zoning Administrator; and WHEREAS, the Department of Development Services anticipates that new procedures will result in a more streamlined process with more predictable demands on staff time; and WHEREAS, the Baard of Supervisors desires to adjust the Planning fees of the Development Services Department as a result of the above mentioned actions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte adopts the adjusted fees as delineated in the attached Exhibit A and amends the Butte County Master Fee Schedule to reflect the changes. Fee adjustments shall become effective January 20, 2013.
