The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No, 3 (A} of Ordinance No. 1095
'of the County of Butte is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
',the following:

and adding thereto the following:

Section 2. Section No. 37B of Ordinance No. 1095
of the County of Butte is hereby amended by adding thereto

of the County of Butte is hereby amended by deleting therefrom

changing the total from 131 to 130.
Section 4. This ordinance sha11 take effect on
January 1, 1972 which is in excess of 30 days after the date
of its adoption and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of Califo rnia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, this 23rd day of November, 1971 by the following
