AN ORDINANCE AMENDIPJG COUNTY ORDINANCE 925, CONSOLIDATING
"P.-1" (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICTS.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
Ordinance No. 925, Consolidating "R-1" (Single-Family
Residential) Districts, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the
following:
Being located northwest of Chico, California and
•described as: Beginning at the centerline intersection
of Tonea Way and Esplanade; thence S37°20'x, 524.09 ft.;
thence N52°11'31"E, 900.33 ft thence N23°04'13"E,
72.58 ft. to the west right of way line of State Route
99E; thence northwesterly along said west right of
way 497 ft. more or less, to the northeasterly pro-
longation of Tonea Way; thence S52°09'11"W, 1048.10 ft.
to the point of beginning.
Containing 11.5 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Enter rise-Record ,''a newspaper published in
the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Beard of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California,''on the ~~ -- day of
