AN ORDINAfVC£ AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 925,
. CONSOLIDATING "R-1" {SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL} DISTRICTS.

2'; The Soard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
3 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said County
4 being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
~. follows:
;g Ordinance No. 925, consolidating "R^1" {Single-Family
q Residential ) Districts , Secti an 1 , i s hereby amended to i ncl ude the
g. following:
g Being located in Paradise, California, particularly
described as being a portion of Section 22, T22N R3E,
Zp MDB&M; beginning at the northwest corner of said
Section 22, thence S89°52`41"E, 1843.16 ft.; thence
12 NO°15'W, to the centerline of Honey Run Road; thence
574°48`W, along the centerline of Honey Run Road to
Viz; the east line of Lot 3, said Section 22; thence along
the centerline of Honey Run Road the following courses
13 and distances: S72°58'W, 124.40 ft.; 572°52'W, 207.50 ft.;
S78°38'W, 81.04 ft.; S85°21`W, 100.0 ft.; S$7°21'W,
34 323.90 ft.; S76°18'W, 45 ft.; S46°25'W, 20 ft.; thence
leaving Honey Run Raad, S55°12'E, 231.22 ft.; thence
