AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 925, CONSOLIDATING
"R-1" {SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL} DISTRICTS.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Sutte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said County
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOSS ORDAIN as
~~ follows
Ordinance 925, Consolidating "R-1" (Single-Family Resi-
dential} Districts, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the
following:
Being located southeast of Chico, California, and
described as:
All of "Butte Creek Estates Sub Unit No. 1", per map
retarded in the Office of the Butte County Retarder
in Map Book 34 on pages 34, 35, 36 and 37; and all
those portions of Sections 8, 17 and the north half
of 16, T21N R2E, MDB&M, located east of Butte Creek;
south of State Highway 99E, north of Oroville Chico
High~vay and west of the following described line:
beginning at Engineer's Centerline Station 304+8D,
State High4ray III, BUT 3 "C-1" Line; thence S45°lfi'1l"W,
1788.91 ft. to the east-west centerline of said
Section lb; excepting therefrom Lots 20, 21, 22, 23,
53, 54, 55, 55, 57, of said "Butte Creek
Estates Sub Unit No. 1"; also excepting therefrom
the cemetery, identified as Assessor's Parcel 40-D5-1D,
which parcel was on record in the Butte County Assessor's
Office the first Monday in March 1971.
Containing 202 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (3D} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15}-days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Chico Enterprise
